Occasionally the studio produces work outside of commission — studies, editions, pieces made to test an idea or explore a form. What follows is a small selection currently available from the bench.
A dining or writing table built on a blackened steel frame — frame-within-frame construction, hand-welded joints — carrying a natural veined marble top. Designed and fabricated in the studio.
A low bench for an entry, a bedroom, or the foot of a bed. Brushed stainless steel frame with a hand-fitted leather cushion — the softness of the leather set against the rigor of the frame.
A small accent seat with visible mechanical joinery — blackened steel frame with hand-bolted connections, upholstered in natural cowhide. Industrial construction meeting a soft, textural top.
